JUST BECAUSE

I’m making Chinese pork spare ribs with steamed rice and broccoli tonight for dinner.  The recipe for the ribs is mine, although I’ve never tried it before, and if it’s any good I’ll let you know how it turns out complete with pictures.

If it sucks, then never mind.
