Hey little sister who's your Superman?

My old friend Kevin Steele died yesterday — much too young.

Many long-time readers of this blog will remember him as our Washington D.C. correspondent who went by the nom de journalisme that I appropriated from my ex BF — who used to call him this — and bestowed upon Kevin here at BIE:

“The Miss Thing in DC.”

I’ve known Kevin for 20 years and we did some crazy shit together.  He was a sweet and funny person who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
