THE GRAND OPENING OF Q — 9/8/2012
The sound is for shit but you’ll get the overall essence of what transpired last night at the club’s grand opening from this video taken from the DJ booth using my phone.
DJs Little Rock and Quentin Harris were turning it out on the decks and in this video Steve Lieberman — my personal lighting God — is himself running our lights for us.
Almost 2,000 people passed through our doors in just six hours and the line to get in was around the block and halfway up the next street.

Bravo and congratulations on the opening, Scott! I might tell someone else that running a club will keep them busy and out of trouble, but in your case Q is just the thing to keep you in all the right kinds of trouble. Enjoy and enjoy!

I haven’t made it yet, but hope to next weekend. However, I have been hearing very, very positive things from all my friends and extraordinary compliments about Q. I have not heard one issue, complaint, etc— and you know how bitchy some of us folk can be over the smallest thing.
. My Facebook was lit up with friends who fell in love with Q this weekend. A couple of them said, “I have found a new home”. Can’t wait to see it all for myself.

A lot of hard work finally comes together! Congratulations on your opening. If I ever find myself out there for a vacation I’ll be sure to add an evening at Q to the itinerary. Cheers!
